1. Dice the onions.
Preparation
1. Saute diced onions in oil over medium heat until translucent.
2. Add the lentil crumbles and combine.
3. Add the oregano, paprika and water.
4. Simmer for about 10 minutes until mixture reaches a chili-like consistency. The minimum internal temperature should be 140 degrees F. or above.
