Pre-Preparation
Yield for deli turkey is 70%
Yield for cooked bacon is 40%
1. Slice cheese into 0.75oz slices.
2. Thinly slice turkey into .75oz slices.
3. Lay out bacon on sheet pans and cook 12-15 min at 350 degrees. Drain grease and cool.
4. Keep oven preheated to 350 degrees F.
5. Line sheet pans with parchment.
Preparation
1. Place 15 bagel bottoms per sheet pan, bottom side down.
2. Place 2 pieces of bacon, one slice of cheese, and 2 slices of turkey on each bagel bottom.
3. Heat sandwiches with the top of the bagel off at 350 degrees until the cheese starts to melt, approximately 8-10 minutes.
4. Once heated, place the top of the bagel onto each sandwich.
5. Wrap sandwiches in foil sheets for service and serve hot.
