Preparation
- In a tilt skillet, heat oil over medium heat and sauté diced onions until translucent.
- Add lentil crumbles and stir to combine.
- Add oregano, paprika, and water.
- Simmer about 10 minutes until the mixture has a chili-like consistency and the internal temperature is 140°F or higher.
- Hold hot until service at 140°F or higher.
