  1. Thaw ham and turkey.

  2. Slice ham and turkey into 0.7 oz slices

  5. Preheat oven to 350°F.

Preparation

  1. Lay 14 hoagie buns opened per sheet pan (3 x 4 plus 2 on the end).

  2. Put 1 slice of cheese (.75oz), 2 slices of turkey (.7oz each), and 2 slices of ham (.7oz) on each bun.

  3. Bake sandwiches uncovered at 350 degrees for about 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

  4. Keep warm until service at 140°F.
